Eindhoven, the Netherlands, December 12 2002 - Sensite Solutions, leading provider of wireless local tracing and telemetry solutions, introduces the first generation of its LogiSphere system. The LogiSphere solution enables industries to keep real-time and continuously track of the location and condition of valuable assets including cargo, inventory, trucks, trailers, trolleys, pallets, and containers.
Unique asset tracing solution

LogiSphere components
The HBL80 Wireless Network Controller is the base station in the LogiSphere system. The Wireless Network Controller can be placed anywhere where the presence and status of Intelligent Tags needs to be detected and recorded. The HBL80 offers in-range and out-of-range detection and status monitoring of Intelligent Tags in its pre-defined detection area.
The BN108 Intelligent Tag is the versatile, miniature transmitter in the LogiSphere system. At pre-defined intervals, each Intelligent Tag transmits a unique identification code that can be detected by any LogiSphere Wireless Network Controller. The integrated motion sensor adds alarm triggering, advanced transmission profiling, and power saving algorithms to its functionality suite. Via wireless configuration, users can define key parameters like on/off, transmission intervals, and power settings. This allows them to tailor the Intelligent Tag functionality to their specific requirements. Its patent pending power management solution ensures an extreme long battery life, often equalling the lifetime of the object it is attached to.
