SENSITE SOLUTIONS AND ZETES BV TO FOCUS EFFORTS ON LOGISTICS MARKET

Eindhoven, the Netherlands, February 20 2003 - Sensite Solutions, leading provider of wireless local tracing and telemetry solutions, today officially announces a partnership with Zetes. By this cooperation, the two companies want to take advantage of the growing demand for better insight and control of logistical processes.

LogiSphere
Logisphere is the RFID system that Sensite Solutions has developed for the retail-, transport- and industry sectors. This wireless tracing- and telemetry solution combines a very broad functionality with an appealing ease of installation and use.

LogiSphere enables companies to continuously and real-time monitor the location as well as the condition of their valuable assets, including cargo, inventory, trucks, trailers, trolleys, pallets, and containers. The LogiSphere solution makes it possible to trace objects over a long range, and also allows tracing trough obstacles like walls and trailers.

The LogiSphere system consists of three basic components: Intelligent Tags, Wireless Network Controllers and LogiWare Software modules which run on regular off-the-shelf Windows-based PC's and handhelds.

Wireless Network Controllers
The Wireless Network Controllers are placed where the presence and status of Intelligent Tags need to be detected and recorded. The area these Controllers monitor is adjustable from less than 1 metre to up to 300 metres. As Wireless Network Controllers can form their own wireless network without any additional equipment, the controlled area can be enlarged to fit the specific needs of any installation.

Intelligent Tags
The compact Intelligent Tags have a battery lifetime of about 7 to 10 years. There are various types of Tags available, equipped with, for instance, a movement sensor, a temperature sensor or magnetic sensors. The Tag with magnetic sensors makes it possible to register, for example, the (unauthorized) opening of a trailer door, and to relay this information to the board computer and/or home base.
